These Terms of Service govern access to Goldie City LLC's issuer dashboard, token deployment tools, and related services (the "Service"). By entering the dashboard or paying a deployment fee, you agree to these terms.
The Service
Goldie City provides white-label infrastructure for tokenizing physical gold and precious metals. You keep custody of metal and keys. We provide software, smart-contract factories, and an issuer console. Dashboard access after a complimentary included month requires an explicit subscription. Deployment is a separate one-time fee.
Accounts
You must provide accurate organization information and keep login credentials secure. Invites and member roles are managed by your organization administrators. You are responsible for activity under your organization.
Fees
Token deployment is charged as a one-time fee. A successful deployment includes one month of dashboard access. When that period ends, you must subscribe to keep using the issuer console. We do not silently auto-charge a dashboard plan after the included month.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate law, misrepresent reserves, or interfere with other issuers. Proof-of-reserve submissions must be accurate. On-chain roles (including mint, pause, and KYC) remain the source of truth for token control.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided as-is. Goldie City is not a custodian, broker, or vault. We are not liable for losses from smart-contract risk, network fees, third-party wallets, or your reserve operations, except where the law does not allow that limitation.
